Hello Jen, Yes, I did experience this on my iPhone5s yesterday after making a few calls and also after leaving a message for someone and pressing the associated sequence of keys to review and send it. My solution for getting the tones back was to quit the phone app in the switcher and relaunch it again. Once I did so, I got the sounds back.
