Even if that should happen, you can still read them on the loc screen
It didn't have to do with how they were displayed, only sometimes they were
not spoken automatically.

In IOS8 there were some users mentioning the bug that notifications in the
locked screen won't be displayed at all or only partially, even sometimes
you hear a notification sound without the message and we had to read in the
notification center. Has this problem been solved or not?
