Hummmnmnmnm,... so a silly question doesn't want a silly answer, though it
might sound it.

I haven't got one so can't check; but, I'd look if the box was more
rectangle than square, and then put length of paper down the longest
dimension of the box. I'd also be sure to orientate the iDevice with the
camera, the same way as the paper being scanned, whichever way it was in the
box. I'm still assuming the Stand Scan Pro is still a box, all be it with
extras.

Have I made any sense? it's still a bit early in the morning.

Rh, needs more coffee.

Subject: Kind of a Silly Question

HI All,
When using the StandScan Pro, does anyone happen to know which way is
recommended to orient everything. In other words, if you have the opening
facing you, should the bottom of the iDevice be facing you so that the home
button is closest to you and thus the material to-be-scanned have its bottom
end sticking out of the stand, or should it be turned 90 degrees so that the
thing to be scanned is facing perpendicular to you and the home button is
facing to the left or right. I ask this because I was curious if one version
is both recommended and gives better scan results.
Have a nice Wed!
