Jen, not impossible but not easy. Every program name must be on the screen. On the iPhone. If a show is not on the screen, double tap and hold and then move your finger across the screen which moves more names onto the screen. You cannot just swipe and tap. The name of the show must be on the screen. You can also just search for the program, and below the search box will be suggestions which you can double tap to go to. I would advise you to listen to the podcast on applevis on how to work the app. It is done very well and takes the confusion out of using it.
