I guess nobody saw or read my message where I provide a simply work-ariound for this problem when Outllook seems to freeze/crash on certain messages. Once again, if you want to read a message where this happens, just reply to the message after you restart Outlook. You can then read the message in your reply email and if you don't want to actually send a reply just escape out of that and delete the message, but at least you can read it that way.
