Hi, Same here. I will like to investigate if it's outlook or Jaws. I've experienced this same issue with a thread on KNF reader. I want to believe it has to do with a threads that are too long. For now the suggested work around from Sieghard is the way to go: Try replying to the mail, then you can read it. Afterwards, you can reply or cancel it Regards, Godwin Adoyi .
