Linda, The virtual keyboard always disappears on any iDevice if a bluetooth keyboard is connected. However, most bluetooth keyboards have a button which you can press to show the virtual keyboard or, press it again, to hide it again. On the Apple Wireless keyboard that button is the very top right button, to the very right on the function key row. You would have to check if the Logitech keyboard you have has such a button.

When the keyboard is on, the virtual keyboard disappears on the Ipad. Is that supposed to happen? I really need some help learning to use this keyboard. Is there a list of current commands? I'm not even sure if the commands would change as new OS versions are released. If someone could please send me a link to the list of commands and podcasts that would be helpful, I would appreciate it very much. Thank you in advance.
