Hi Jen, By Skype user name I assume you mean the name you chose when you set up your account and which you use to sign in with? If so, then to my knowledge this can't be changed. You can sign up for another account with a different name, but I don't think you can actually change your Skype user name. Even on the Windows version of Skype, you can go to your Profile and change your picture or other profile information, but not your actual Skype user Id.
