Since upgrading to Yosemite, my Apple mail no longer plays the airplane taking off sound when I send and email. I checked the mail preferences in Mail, and the Play Other Sounds checkbox is checked. There is no option for selecting what other sound should be played, and, there is no item in the help file explaining what to do.
I know the email has been sent because there is a copy in my Send mailbox and my wife received a test copy. What do I need to do to turn the airplane sound back on?
