I like TweetList 4 for my app of choice on the iPhone. It hasn't been
updated in nearly a year, but I love the easy gestures and ability to
look at messages in threads. I also have Twitteriffic an the native
Twitter apps on my phone, but do not like those as much. I like the
way that TweetList loads more tweets and the mload more item is very
easy to get to within the app. Twitterific recently made VoiceOver
improvements that help you find that load more button easier but I
cannot speak to those.
