This is not a VIPhone problem nor Outlook. It’s a JAWS problem and I’ve seen this unstability both with JFW14 and JFW15 and Outlook 2013 and especially with certain HTML e-mails. I have at last ditched JFW and I have not experienced this since moving to NVDA. NVDA is a brilliant screen reader.
