Hello all,I've had pretty good luck in using the Uverse and Easy Remote apps. Also, make sure to get the My AT&T app because you can check and pay your bill, and there are options for troubleshooting your tv or Internet services. The only trouble I've had is that I cannot figure out if there is a way to turn on the SAP feature using the easy remote. I also tried asking AT&T to tell me which buttons to push on the regular remote, but I think it involves going in to menus which aren't accessible as far as I know. Best Liz
