Hi all, My Apple keyboard has sprung a fault and I'm on the point of returning it to the store and/or purchasing another if necessary. Three of us have now tried without success to insert a coin to remove the batteries for replacement. The end piece just doesn't budge! It looks to be in properly and I've never had problems in placing the end piece back on.
