When you are trying to sync music and tones to your iPhone 6, are you doing so 
with the iPhone connected or are you doing sync via WiFi?
Also, how exactly do you proceed, e.g. I assume you connect your phone, then go 
to your device, then select, for example, music, check the box which says 
either "Sync All Music" or "Sync selected music"? If you sync selected 
playlists, artists and albums, do you then go into the appropriate list view 
like artists and check the artists you want? If you explain in more detail 
exactly the steps you take it would be easier to see where the problem may be.

As for continuity, I assume both phones are connected to the same WiFi and 
signed in with the same Apple Id?

I don't have a Mac so handoff is something I can't speak about from experience, 
but I do know that handoff does not have to be enabled on 2 iDevices for calls 
to be forwarded and so on.

Running window 7 and iTune 12. I am not able to sync my music library and tones 
to my 64GB iPhone 6 which is running iOS 8.1. Each time I sync, I hear the sync 
complete tone after a very short duration, but nothing sync to my phone. 
However, I am able to transfer purchases from phone to iTune. I also reset and 
erased the phone content and set it up as a new phone. Without putting any new 
items on my phone, nothing can be sync to the phone. 

Also, continuity does not work between my iPhone 5 and 6. Both have handoff 
enabled. 

Text message forwarding also not showing the code needed to enable the 
forwarding. 

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
