I was wondering if anyone who has a good understanding of proper design-coding for apps can help me communicate with a developer to improve a newly released app.
A local sportswriter here in Pittsburgh has left the comfort of his day job with the local paper and struck out on his own with a new website devoted to Pittsburgh sports. As of this week, he has released new apps to go along with his original site. Last night he released the ios app. I am using an Iphone 4s, and I am still using ios 7.12. The app can read, but the problem area is when there is lengthy article, and you use the say all command, it reads down to a certain point, then stops even though there is still more article to complete further down the page. What has this developer done wrong to create this problem, and how can I communicate a constructive solution for improvement?
