Well, the Add button was grayed out for me, even though I had entered a whole bunch of stuff in the fields down below. Anyone else seen this?

Look on the upper right corner and there was a button labeled add. When you double tap it, the event will be saved. You want to make sure that the event is written in such a way that fantastical will know what you're talking about.
