I do a lot of writing and there are times when it would be handy to use my iPad for this. However, I find that, when editing a document, Voice Over often repeats lines. For example, let's assume that I go into a document in Notes and I double tap on the document area to start editing. I am using a Bluetooth keyboard and I have quick nav turned off. if I start on line 1 and I arrow down it may read line 2 and then line 3 and then line 3 again and then line 5. For those of you who use your IOS devices to create and edit documents, how do you get around this or do you just live with it? This behavior does not appear to be app specific. I have noticed it in Notes, Pages, and Word. This occurred in IOS 7 and it continues in IOS 8. To me, this makes extensive document editing in IOS impractical.
