I've struggled with this quite a lot and lost an app for a while because I
didn't know at the time how to find it again ...
Anyway, I have succeeded in moving all my apps where I want them now and am
convinced that it is doable without a "bug being fixed"!
I do wonder whether it's classed as a bug because it's usually (if not
always) noticed when a page is pretty ful of apps. As a general rule of
thumb, if I want to get something moved into the first page and it's already
almost full, I will move one or two items to another page (possibly first by
making a space in my doc) because the doc items always travel with you and
are available whichever page you're on. It's then much easier to get the
one you want moved around.

I cannot move or delete any apps in the lastrow Not those in the dock.
Has a work-around been found for this. 8.1.1 has not addressed it.
