If you mean by repeated keystroke that you type a letter and get two letters for the price of one, then yes. If I power down the phone, then power it back up, it seems to work well after that, at least for a while. When it happens again, I have to power down and so on. I reported it to apple accessibility. I suggest others do likewise as this is truly an annoying bug. Richard
