Paul, Send an email to [email protected]. If you have your email receipt showing that you purchased the ringtone it would be best if you forwarded that email and just explain the problem referring to your purchase receipt.

A few days ago friend and list member Hannah and myself purchased some ringtones directly on our devices. All went well, except when we came to turn them on the next day the purchases disappeared without trace and iTunes wasn't even involved. We have notified iTunes Store Support of this so we see what happens. But for now, please be careful and back up any tones you have purchased. Alternatively, you can make your own and they shouldn't disappear unless you delete them from iTunes then syn your device.
