They're not called compact now they are called default, not sure why but
I saw the logic right from the first iOS 8.0 beta, default is the lower
quality voice, enhanced is the higher quality voice. Think of default as
the voice that is shipped with iOS 8 and enhanced as the voice
downloaded and installed to improve the overall quality, hence enhanced.
