Iphone 5s ios 8.1.1 no it does not luck up.

Asking as at our end it does until we press the home button. But the strange thing is I was able to share a contact about a week ago when I was running a beta of iOS 8.1.1 so for now it's intermittent at my end, however list member can reproduce this at all times. If you can duplicate this, please try it with VoiceOver off to see if this is specifically a VoiceOver bug, then report to Apple Accessibility with your findings.
