The app is called NBA Game Time. It is a subscription app like the others,
i. e. MLB at Bat, or NFL Audio Pass. There are different prices depending on
whether you want to follow all teams, or just your favorites. It is usable,
but there are unlabeled buttons, but you can find your feed with a little
trial and error. I do not know of any low cost or free apps for NBA games,
but if you know which radio station carries your game, you may be able to
access it through apps like OOTUNES or Tunein Radio. Also, NBA Game Time
offers the TV feed as well as the radio. The TV feed has better audio. The
radio feed audio sounds like it is coming over the telephone. Probably some
kind of VOIP system.
