Regarding the load more items issue, I’ve found that after double tapping on
that element and immediately flicking a couple of times to the right to an
older tweet and waiting for the app to refresh and then flick left back to the
same spot, I don’t lose my place. I’ll do this every time I need to load more
tweets. It works reliably for me.

That Instapaper thing is annoying. I do agree. I wrote Twitterific about it and
asked if it were possible to include some sort of read later optionin the main
action menu when double tapping on a tweet. They said no dice. That the option
was already there when opening the article itself and that there wasn’t much
interest for that sort of feature.

TweetList4 has been the best by far, but the constant crashing just became too
much to deal with. I’ve learned to like Twitterific, but yes, it does have its
quirks and limitations. One being the 500 tweet limit for example.

Ever since the last two updates Voiceover has gone silent on me when viewing a
tweet conversation. Even with their new two finger double tap gesture. Doing a
triple click home button to turn VO off and on again fixes it every time, but
still. The Twitterific people say that they can’t reproduce it. That it’s most
likely an iOS bug. Who knows. My luck I suppose.

The only thing holding me back from using the main Twitter app is that when
loading more tweets, you always have to scroll like crazy to search for your
last spot. Incredibly annoying. Not even flicking right and then left again as
in Twitterific works for me. If this were to be fixed, then I’d absolutely use
the Twitter app full time.

Hi Wayne, I'm with you on Tweetlist. I really do want to like Twitterific
because of how often it's updated, but it has some crazy quirks. I make
extensive use of lists, and reading in chronological order with Twitterific is
still problematic in terms of loading more tweets and being put in the right
place. Also when you send a URL to Instapaper from Twitterific, it just sends
the URL, not the article, meaning you have to go through the inconvenience of
opening the article, then sending it to Instapaper from that screen. Why on
earth the Twitterific people think there is any value in sending just the URL
to a read later service, I have no clue.

So while I'm concerned that Tweetlist seems to have been abandoned, it's
working at the moment and meets my needs better than anything else I've yet
found.

TweetList 4 works well, though it does cost about $4.99. It hasn't
been updated in about a year but I use it often on my iPhone 6. the
native Twitter app an Twitterrific 5 also work well. Twitterrific 5 is
very popular on this list and also costs, about the same as TweetList,
but it seems that updates are released more regularly for it and
there's lots of VoiceOver support.

Actually, you don't deserve the dumb award. You will find at some point you

Please report this to Apple Accessibility so they know it is happening to
