This started happening a few days ago, and is getting worse. Even with the voice over volume at 100 percent, it is hard to hear voice over when on a phone call, whether using the speaker, or my ear pods. It is a little better over my bluetooth headset, but not much. I did the reset all settings this afternoon, and it fixed it, but it already is going in the wrong direction. I am using 8.1.1, on an iPhone 5. Any ideas? Thanks for any opinions.
