Nope I cannot clear the notifications in my notification center since updating to iOS 8.1.1 I used to be able in iOS 7.1.2. In order to do it I must turn off VO & use my residual vision to accomplish this.
Yes I've rebooted the phone several times and also done a hard reset. Any other suggestions?
