Vast numbers of those Bill Brown tutorials are available through NLS, hence through BARD. BARD has other learning materials as well. Since these have either been designed for the blind or screened to ensure their usability, you probably won’t do better elsewhere, and you can’t beat the price. Of course, buying Mr. Brown’s materials on his site helps him, but he has presumably knowingly contributed his many recordings to NLS over the years.
