I did not follow the thread on this a week or so ago, so forgive me if this was brought up.
A friend had an issue with purchased ring tones not showing up after his last IOS update. He wrote to Apple and they told him it was a known problem. Interestingly, when he checked on his Mac the ring tones did show up, so he wrote back telling them that. They said it was still an issue and again thanked him for the information. However this time they sent him five credits he could use for song purchases, ring tones, TV episode purchase or video rental. Not that they owed him anything or everyone will be rewarded, but I guess it doesn't hurt to speak up. Eric -- The following information is important for all members of the viphone list.
