When at the super market, have your shopper put a piece of clear tape over the bar code on packages. This even works on frozen dinners. We can then feel the slight raised tape on the package and it only takes two or three seconds to scan it with Digit-Eyes and get a report of what it is. The app converts the bar code to a number then looks it up on its own data base. If it doesn't find it the app looks it up on Google, or another search engine and if that doesn't work it looks it up on your device to find if you recorded the description.
