In general I don't have those kinds of problems but I do have a lot of
numbness in my fingers due to carpal tunnel. I don't try to use the phone
when my fingers are numb. I fear however that my usual preciseness and
sensitivity has become drastically compromised.
And thanks Wayne for cuing me in to using the edges of the case to see if
that helps provide a landmark for helping me move straight across the
screen.
I'm reading through things Siri can do and it's kind of fun. I asked
Siri to set the timer for 40 minutes. Someone is out walking my guide in the
bitter cold weather and I told him to give her 40 or more minutes along the
bike path - I am paying him, and I've got a wicked cold. He's over the 40
minute mark. Since this phone still has much of my friend's old info on it,
she must have chosen a harp to go along with the phone vibrating to let me
know time was up. I'm not fond of the harp, but it worked. That may seem
like a trivial thing for a phone to do but it's immensely useful if you ask
me. Of course, using the phone, sending messages, Voice Dream with recorded
books and a scanner will be the more meaty projects I'll need to learn.
