I am not sure I know exactly what you're saying, but I can tell you that you can use multiple Apple IDs on the same phone. Likewise you can use the same Apple ID on multiple phones. For example before iOS eight came out I would use my Apple ID for my phone as well as my children's phones. This was for apps and music.however each of my children have their own Apple ID so they could use it for things like iCloud, iMessage, and face time. The end result was that we could all buy music and apps under one Apple ID and only pay for them once. Yet each individual would have their own separate face time and iMessage and iCloud backups.
