Hi, This works on the iPhone 5, with one caveat. I have my ringer volume set quite high, so it's normally louder than the normal VoiceOver speech. So, the first announcement of the caller ID is at that higher volume. When I mute and unmute the phone, the ID is announced again, but now at the normal level of VoiceOver.
