Hey Rob, Thanks it’s funny as I assume what the plus is was not a plus and thought that button controlled both up and down volume not realizing that it was a plus and minus button and since I muted it by accident now that I know what the buttons do it all makes sense. I need to look in to the firmware update as there seems to be an awful lot of bass and I am not sure if there is a way to lower the bass as I am hearing the bass when listening to spoken word on a podcast and it just seems to high. I played around with the app for a bit but it does not seem to do much and there seemed to be some unlabeled buttons in it.
