Hello, Kate and FB reader has been working very well for me until this morning. I have a PDF document that I want it to recognize. Every time I ask it to recognize the document it crashes. I am sorry if this has been discussed before. Does anyone have any solutions for this? This document is time sensitive and confidential. I would prefer to deal with it independently as opposed to asking help from a sighted person. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
