I have the same Battery and its great! but one piece of advice.
Don't use a 30 pin to lightning adapter on that battery.
It will think your charging a device as soons as you plug the adapter in.
I tried that and it told me it was charging as soon as I plugged the
adapter in.
To bad but it makes sense.

Hi Sieghard,
I just got that model from A T Guys because I don’t have a need for
more than the 6000 ma and I do like the fact that the battery talks.
As for the 20 pin connector it is not very useful with my 5S and the
adaptor is too expensive. I am considering a 6 inch USB to lightning
cable for $9.95 from the people who make the SoapBox. I use the
micro USB connector all the time to charge my JamBox mini, my Bluiz 2
bone conduction headset and also my Bluetooth transmitter that I use
on other devices that have an earphone jack but are not Bluetooth. I
also like the idea that I can unfold the prongs and plug it in a wall
socket and recharge it in only 4 hours. Of course, I also sometimes
use the USB connector to recharge from my computer if necessary.

The talking battery is from MyCharge and it’s called Summit. I am not
sure, however, if the current model still talks because I think I
heard that the updated model did not to so any more. I have the old
version which has attached short cables for Micro USB and it also has
a 30-Pin Apple connector. This was a nice feature when I still had my
4S because I didn’t even need an additional cable. I guess I could get
a 30 Pin to Lightning adapter, but I have not done so because given
it’s price I just don’t think it’s worth it and eventually all
batteries wear out so most likely my next one either just has ports to
plug in a cable or I’ll buy one with a Lightning cable. Being able to
push the button on the battery and hear “Battery is full” or “Battery
is less than 50%” and so on is a nice feature, but not crutial. I
assume one could probably use an app like Tap Tap See to get feedback
as to how many LED’s are lit up and get information about the battery
status that way or just asking somebody is of course always a good
alternative.

Sieghard

There are many such devices, and I think the key point here is how
much juice you would like.
The more capacity, the larger the device has to be. I have an Anker
20,000 MhA battery which charges the iPhone several times, because I
am sometimes travelling for 24-36 hours at a time. It has four USB
ports and can even fully charge my iPad.
If your requirements a less dramatic, there are some much smaller
versions with less capacity. The Anker packs get very good reviews,
and so do the LimeAide devices. My fiancee has a 12,000 MhA one from
LimeAid. It works well and is a lot smaller than mine.
There is also a model from another manufacturer that talks, but its
capacity I think is only 6,00 MhA, which should be fine if you only
need to charge the phone once.

Can anyone recommend a good battery booster for keeping an iphone

Surface Pad from a company called 12 South to cover the phone, I'm
less interested in cases that do this, but I could be convinced. I
want something small, reliable to add betters life so I'm not
frantically searching to charge my phone in an airport.
