Well, I've used KNFB Reader when my screen reader wasn't speaking to take a picture of the computer screen and discovered an error message that helped me resolve the problem. It works better than I expected for that kind of thing.
But, even if you are only going to scan documents, overall, it is far faster and easier to use than any other iPhone OCR app, including Prizmo. Once in a while, I've found a document that I got a better result with Prizmo, but that has only been a couple times. Now, what I do is scan with KNFB Reader and if the results are fine, I stick with it. If something isn't coming out well, then I'll try Prizmo. If you plan to scan a document and save it, there is no competition, KNFB Reader is far easier to use.
