Hi Charles and Joseph, Firstly, I want to say that I earlier had to download the latest version of iTunes first before I could do a back up. I successfully downloaded the latest version of iTunes. I decided to do a backup through iTunes having my iPphone connected to itunes. I just got done doing a back up just a few minutes ago. It says last sync today at 11:25 PM. So I'm assuming this means I backed up my phone? How offen should I back up my phone? Also, charles and Joseph thanks for your help. Take care.
