I have also found the music manager app (the Cloud Player) on Windows to be
inaccessible. I contacted Amazon about this. The immediate solution for
downloading after the initial post-purchase download is to uninstall the music
manager and then just download individual items via the Web interface;
selecting to download just one item at a time via the Web site without the
music manager installed and then selecting a link called something like "No
Thanks" in the subsequent notification that appeared asking if I wanted to use
the Cloud Player then just prompted me with the typical Web browser download
dialog that I could use. Be aware that you may need sighted assistance to
uninstall the Cloud Player; the uninstaller was not accessible regardless of
what I tried, and it was just sheer luck that I managed to press ENTER at the
right time or some such to independently remove it--I could not even tell you
what I did. Also, Amazon did tell me that the previous download manager that
was accessible can still be gotten at

Hope it helps!

Regards,
Maria
