Right after i discovered the problem a bell went off, and bingo, it
worked. That was the anser.

Alright, this bluetooth keyboard issue makes no sense what so ever. I have my
bluetooth keyboard connected. My volume up and downs are the only keys that
work on it. When i raise and lower the volume i hear the pop pop pop pop pop
pop sound that the volume controls make.
When i press my up, down, left, and right arrow, voiceover says absolutely
nothing. Any ideas how to fix it? Makes no logical sense.
