The iPhone only has the voices it comes with. Some apps, like Voice Dream Reader can use other voices for their content, but don't hold your breath for Apple to open up their devices for other voices.
Especially voices that are available for Android. Richard Reality is the leading cause of stress for those who are in touch with it.
