Hi Alex, Here are the obvious suggestions first.
Be sure you’re focused in the Audiobooks tab of iTunes. A quick way to get there is to press Command-9 to go to Internet Radio, which doesn’t have an iTunes store counterpart, then Command-6 to choose Audiobooks. Make sure the search box is empty, and see if your book is listed. If it isn’t, go to the Store menu and choose Check for Downloads. If that doesn’t help, choose View Account from the Store menu. Your most recent purchase is shown on that page. For other types of purchases, you can get to them by going to Home in the store with Command-Shift-H and choosing the Purchased link. However, Audiobooks isn’t a category there. I think this is because audiobooks aren’t available in the cloud the way movies, books, and music are. I only mention it because this is an accessible way to view your other purchases. If none of these ideas help you find your book, choose Apple Service and Support from the iTunes help menu and choose the link to contact Apple support. Whenever I’ve had any trouble with the iTunes store, the iTunes store support people have been great. I hope this is helpful. Good luck finding your book!
