I had the h19 txt and think it is a great earpiece when it works but I
gave up on it after having trouble with three of them.
After a while the volume up button seems not to work anymore.
Believe me I am very gentle with my equipment and this happened to two
of them and the third one had a troublesum on/off switch.
It is a great earpiece with great sound and very small but I think they
have qc issues.
Maybe the sliver is better.
