When you record something in DropVox, it automatically goes to a folder named Apps\DropVox where it can be accessed from the Dropbox app. The recording will be named in the format DV-yyyy-mm-dd.mp3 where the yyyy represents a 4-digit year, etc. So something recorded today will be named DV-2015-01-01.mp3. Of course, you can easily access these files on your computer and rename them as desired.
