Hi, I second Richards advice. Change your Apple ID password and if you have used the same password for different services, change those also. I would suggest that you change all of your passwords using your phone as opposed to a computer, unless your computer is a Mac. Once your passwords have been changed, assuming you have a Windows computer, I would use your anty virus / anty malware programs to scan your computer (perform full scans and not quick ones) to hopefully remove any infections. If you don't feel confident in doing this last part yourself I highhly suggest that you use a local computer repair shop; not cleaning the computer properly may result in your account being compromised again, there by making everything that you've done so far useless. IMHO the cost of having a professional take care of the computer is worth it if you lack the experience to say for certain that it is no longer infected.
