Hello, I have subscribed to the 4 week trial of wsj on the news stand service using my iPhone 6. I have received a notice that my trial period has been purchased but I can’t use the service. I constantly receive a message to start trial period. I have checked my subscriptions and this one is turned on. I tried tech support yesterday and they were looking in to the problem but have heard nothing. I would appreciate any suggestions as to what I might do. Thanks very much.
