Hello Everyone, The following is a bug I just reported to Apple via it's Bug Reporter website.
Perhaps some of you will find it interesting. Oh, the Bug Reporter website is for those who are registered as Apple Developers. Mark Begin Bug Report: Title: VoiceOver Corrupting Keyboard Auto-Rotation on 6 Plus Spotlight Search Description: On either a new iPhone 6 Plus or an iPhone 6 Plus that has been reset, the native keyboard will auto-rotate to landscape orientation when performing a Spotlight search. However, once VoiceOver has been enabled, regardless of being subsequently disabled, the native keyboard will no longer auto-rotate to landscape orientation when performing a Spotlight search. I have verified this behavior on the T-Mobile, AT&T Wireless, Sprint, and Verizon Wireless versions of the iPhone 6 Plus. Steps to Reproduce: List the step by step process to reproduce the issue 1. Make sure that auto-rotation is enabled. 2. Set the phone to Standard View. 3. Make sure the phone is in portrait orientation. 4. >From the Springboard, open Spotlight 5. Turn the phone to landscape orientation. Expected Results: Describe what you expected to see I expect to see both the results list and the native keyboard to have auto-rotated to landscape orientation. Actual Results: Describe what you actually saw While the results list will auto-rotate, the native keyboard will not.
