You can ask Siri to turn on VoiceOver.

If all you need is accessibility, that's all you need select, and nothing changes. However, what if you are low vision, and sometimes need VoiceOver but other times need Zoom? Or a teacher, who might need those two plus Guided Access? Or someone with a hearing problem? You get the idea. I know people who love this feature, since they have the vision to use it. Again, though, if you don't (as I don't), just leave VoiceOver as the only item selected and you won't notice any difference. This has been around since iOS7. The point being radio buttons make items mutually exclusive so you can only select one, not several. Even if that is so, see if you can isolate just the one to avoid it OFFERING THE CHOICE. I just checked mine, it is set to VoiceOver and nothing else seems to be selected or tagged in any way. When I do it, it says, "Selected VoiceOver" then it has zoom and cancel. If I double tap on Voiceover, it turns it off. that is all nice, but how do I get it to turn back on?
