If you're talking about those classic iPods, then yes, you could still get 
music on it via iTunes like you would any other iOS device, but as far as 
accessibility of the actual device, then unless you want to start messing 
around with Rockbox, then no.  

There were other third party applications back in the day to get around iTunes 
and were screen reader accessible. I used Red Chair Software as one example, 
but that was so long ago, who knows what's still out there and is still being 
supported. I know Anapod (Red Chair Software's option) bit the dust a while 
back. No big deal in my case since I sold my iPod Classic on Craigslist though.
