Hi guys, giving that our projects (autotest, virt-tests) are expected to
have an increase in the number of patches/contributions, we need to have
a more distributed maintenance structure. So for all people who are
already maintainers of the projects on github, I wrote some notes on
what I do to review/apply patches:

So we'll start to distribute this link for people sending out patches to
our projects :)
The best way to keep the project healthy and vibrant is to have the work
load distributed. So for contributors, and maintainers, my sincere thanks.
