Yep, totally agree.  Better to be safe then have to read one of these
mails on a Monday :D

On a related note, I've made this mistake before too:

git push upstream

(which pushed my master and other branches too :S)  Maybe we should
start a "Don't frickin' do it!" list of git commands :D
